About Our Products Most of our products are personalised and handmade to order. The artwork, (all designed by Jo) is printed on paper, bonded on to birch plywood and then laminated. Most items are decorative and are designed to be hung on a bedroom or nursery wall. They are not intended to be used as toys. | ||||||||
Our Fine Art Canvases are all reproduced in-house on high quality canvas, using archival grade inks. The frames are made using gallery stretcher bars and are tensioned with traditional corner wedges and every canvas is individually signed by Jo. Delivery Times Because everything is made to order, and not a stock item, it usually take between 5 - 10 working days to be dispatched. All our prices include postage and are dispatched to the U.K Mainland by 2nd class mail, with the exception of the Fine Art Canvases, which are sent by courier, or collected from the studio. If you pay by cheque we have to wait until the cheque has cleared. | ||||||||
How to pay ........................ there are two ways you can pay:- | ||||||||
1. By internet, using the shopping trolley and paying by credit/debit card using the PayPal secure site. | ||||||||
2. By cheque, made payable to 'The Marmalade Cat' (this may extend the delivery time whilst the cheque clears). Simply write down your order requirements and send it, together with the cheque, to the address below. | ||||||||

Returns. We hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase. In the event that the goods you receive are damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us first. (Do not return the item until you have done so.) If your order does not arrive within 15 working days from the advised date of dispatch, (this is the length of time we are required to wait before the Post Office acknowledges a parcel as being lost) contact us and we will send out a replacement. All our clock mechanisms are guaranteed for 12 months. | ||||||||
